Pre and Post Natal Yoga Classes

Yoga with baby pregnancy and post natal classes offer a unique way to prepare and support new mums on this incredible journey; enhancing the connection with body, breath, baby and community and providing numerous physical, mental and emotional benefits during a sometimes overwhelming and exhausting time.

Ivka has been teaching yoga and meditation for 14+ years in community, corporate and one to one; her guiding purpose is helping others feel good and connect to their inner strength and happiness through Yoga. Her personal practice has supported her for 30+ years and along with her daughter keeps her grounded and connected to joy every day.

Classes vary to suit the specific needs of the group or individual, but the breath and mindful awareness are always a central focus, as is guiding and supporting women through change and transformation.

Post Natal Class (with baby)

Wednesday 9.30-10.30am
