Bookings For Fitness and Wellness Classes Now Open

We are thrilled to announce that bookings are now open for our Fitness and Wellness programs commencing on Monday 2nd September, 2024.

Staying active not only has boundless physical benefits, it’s also a wonderful opportunity to build networks and foster social connections all while having fun and staying in shape!

If you are looking to improve your physical fitness, need a new activity to help you relax or want to build social connections then these classes are for you. Our range of classes include Yoga, Mat pilates, Zumba, Zumba Gold, Tummy, Hips and Thighs, Meditation and Strength and Fitness classes!  All ages, levels, abilities and experience welcome!
